Should nude dancing be allowed in Spalding County?

On May 15th, 2007, the state court lifted the temporary injunction, which will now allow
Spalding County to enforce the ordinances concerning nude dancing and alcohol.
Establishments must now decide whether they will serve alcohol or have nude dancing.

May 18th  Nude dancing continuing at Curves. They are still serving alcohol in defiance of local ordinances.  Spalding County is issuing citations for violations.

July 11  Griffin City Commissioners are attempting to discourage this type of activity by changing the pertaining ordinances.  We applaud this effort whole heartedly!

July 20   Federal judge Jack Camp ruled against Curves attempt to get an injunction stopping Spalding County from citing them for violations of Spalding County Code.  

Nov 26  Curves is Closed and has been for about a month.  They say that they will reopen, but we pray that they will not
